Love food hate waste

Love food hate wasteWhat is the campaign about?

Every year homes in the UK throw away 7 million tonnes of food waste worth £12.5 billion and if we all stopped wasting food it would have the same environmental impact as taking 1 in 5 cars off our roads!

Love Food Hate Waste is a national campaign delivered by the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP).  The campaign promotes easy, practical and everyday things we can all do to waste less food, which ultimately benefits our purses and the environment too.
