Yorkshire puddings

🥣 Whether you are a Yorkshire pudding purist and have them on Christmas dinner or not the batter is easy to make and freeze. The puds themselves can be a bit tricky to make fresh on the big day (you need a very hot oven) but you can also freeze homemade Yorkshire puddings to just heat up as you would supermarket bought ones. 

🥞 Some loose food freezers have Yorkshire puddings ready made with no packaging, find them in the freezer sections at delis, supermarkets and even some local garden centres!
