Pyke Quarry HRC (Horsley)

Pyke Quarry HRC (Horsley) is open today - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pyke Quarry HRC will be open 7 days a week from 19th August. The site will open on it’s normal Wednesday closure day until further notice. This is to help reduce the online queue for vehicle bookings and bring the waiting time closer in line with the our other recycling centres. All visits must still be pre booked online. For more information, click here. Social distancing measures remain in place, so the number of booking slots available remains limited.

What should I do if I want to bring a van, pick up or large trailer to the centre?

Please note:

  • Proof of residency will be required when you visit
  • Residents bringing small trailers with a load space of up to 6ft x 4ft do not need to book
  • You cannot make an appointment by phoning the county or local councils
