This is to minimise queues and congestion on site and to help keep everybody safe.

Amber warning for hot weather from Wednesday 10th August at the HRC's

We are monitoring the weather forecasts for this week and we may need to close our HRCs early afternoon if temperatures are too high for the site staff to safely operate in, so we advise you make your booking as early in the day as possible.  We will update any changes here and on Gloucestershire County Council social media as soon as possible.

Rubble- Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd, Smiths Moreton Valance, Gloucester

Plasterboard- New West Gypsum Recycling, The Plasterboard Recycling Facility
The Flight Shed, The Taxiway, Weston-Super-Mare BS24 8FL

What happens to it?

Rubble- The rubble is processed and graded into new aggregate at Moreton Valance.

Plasterboard- Sent to a reprocessing facility in Somerset, where the gypsum is recycled for use in new gypsum product.
