Light bulbs and fluorescent tubes

Where are they taken?

Light bulbs and fluorescent lighting tubes are taken to Balcan based in Lincolnshire where they are processed for recycling. 

What happens to them?

The lightbulbs are recycled in line with Balcan's zero to landfill policy. The metals and glass are separated and recycled ready to made into new products.
